Background scan, list filled progressively with SlopFileRow, fallbacks and error rows.

Spec: §2.3 main screen

Tasks

  • cxx-qt list model fed by a worker thread
  • Filter by name / Title ID
  • Empty states (no folder, no game)
  • Row actions by format: XCI Update/Edit, NSP Convert to NSZ, NSZ Convert to NSP

Done when

  • 100 games listed without blocking the UI, first row in under a second
